  • Individual counseling and treatment planning
  • Relapse prevention and coping-skills development

Court-Ordered Assessments & Reentry

Most of the people we serve are court-involved. We provide prompt, professional court-ordered assessments and the documentation the legal system needs — and coordinate closely with courts, attorneys, and probation.

  • DUI assessments
  • Court-ordered substance use assessments
  • Mental health court-ordered assessments
  • In-custody assessments and treatment referrals at SCORE (South Correctional Entity) and Kirkland City Jail
  • Jail-based assessments and reentry planning
  • Monthly compliance reports to courts, attorneys, probation, and public defenders
  • Treatment verification letters and progress summaries
  • Assistance with court navigation and case coordination
  • Quick turnaround times to meet legal deadlines

Collateral Assessments

Collateral assessments are court assessments that incorporate information collected from the actual people in a client's life — giving the court and treatment team a fuller, more accurate picture.

  • SUD (substance use) collateral assessments
  • Mental health collateral assessments
  • Co-occurring collateral assessments
  • Cash only — please call for current pricing

Alcohol & Drug Information School (ADIS)

Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS) is an educational class — frequently required for DUI and court cases — covering the effects of alcohol and other drugs and supporting informed, healthier decisions.

  • Meets common DUI and court-ordered education requirements
  • Completion documentation provided for courts and attorneys
  • Led by licensed behavioral health professionals
  • Offered through secure telehealth and in-person options
  • Scheduling that works around your legal deadlines

Working with the courts & correctional facilities

Never 2 Late Recovery works directly with the courts and with SCORE (South Correctional Entity) and Kirkland City Jail, providing in-custody assessments and referrals for treatment. In-custody assessments are arranged through the facility.
