Heather Pesce LMHC, SUDP
With seven years of sustained sobriety and over four years of professional experience in the behavioral health field, Heather Pesce brings both personal resilience and clinical expertise to her work. After earning her Master’s degree in Addiction Studies, Heather committed herself to helping others navigate the complex intersection of substance use and mental health.
Heather’s approach is deeply informed by lived experience. She understands firsthand the relentless grip of addiction and the way chemical dependency can intensify already fragile mental health conditions. Her journey from struggle to strength fuels her passion for guiding others toward recovery, not just through evidence-based practices, but through empathy, authenticity, and hope.

John Trent Gray, LMHC, SUDP
Trent is a Washington State Department of Health Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Seattle, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Substance Use Disorders from Argosy University, Phoenix.
Since 2009, Trent has worked professionally in the counseling field, providing services across a variety of treatment settings. His experience includes high-intensity residential treatment centers, inpatient and outpatient programs, transitional housing, community courts in Pierce and King Counties, outpatient community mental health agencies, and private practice.
Trent’s therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered and existential-humanistic principles. He is certified in Lifespan Integration Therapy (Level III) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). He works with individuals experiencing challenges related to mental health, addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, helping them develop new perspectives that support meaningful behavioral change.
By fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and unconditional positive regard, Trent creates a safe and supportive environment that empowers clients to explore their strengths and pursue their personal goals. He helps individuals understand how past and present experiences influence current emotions and behaviors, guiding them toward lasting change and a renewed sense of purpose, meaning, and emotional balance.

Tiffany is a licensed mental health counselor and substance use disorder professional with clinical experience spanning since 2018. She specializes in working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
Driven by a deep commitment to breaking cycles and fostering emotional resilience, Tiffany entered the counseling field due to powerful environmental and familial influences. These early experiences instilled in her a passion for healing work and a desire to create a safe, compassionate space for others to be seen, heard, and supported.
She has experience in Military focused, brief, solution-based and community mental health settings. Tiffany is known for her warm presence and dedication to empowering the clients on their paths to recovery and self-discovery.
